HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

Your computer will need to have certain minimum requirements so that you will be able to enjoy a more pleasant internet experience.

Windows XP is the preferred operating system.

Vista is also fine.

Windows 2000 is the minimum requirement.

It is not recommended to connect to the internet with Windows 95,98 or me.

Your computer will need a network card, to connect to the ADSL modem.

An ADSL modem is supplied, as a normal dialup modem does not work with ADSL.

Your computer should be a pentium 4 for optimal enjoyment.

Computer memory/ram of 512 megs(MB) is preferred, with 256 megs(MB) being the minimum requirement.

Ask “how do I check the memory/ram amount on my computer?”.

You also need a Telkom landline, which is on account with Telkom.
